Drawing inspiration from nature’s intricate patterns, Nancy Seiler captures her visions using fluid acrylics and values the medium’s spontaneity. With a Visual Communications degree from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Nancy has since become a certified Golden Working Artist and has taught classical botanical illustration and nature journaling since 2003. Her works, recognized in notable galleries and publications, frequently highlight the recurring theme of nature, whether viewed under a magnifying glass or as vast landscapes.

“I am inspired by colors and textures in nature, especially native plants and landscape. Working in fluid acrylics provides me with an element of spontaneity. I start painting on a wet canvas, pouring colors, letting the paint and water move and blend. I tilt the canvas to create more movement and continue to build up layers of color.
